AS WE HEAD INTO 2019 RARING TO GO, IT’S ONLY RIGHT THAT WE REVIEW OUR END OF YEAR CONFERENCE WHICH AT EXECUTIVE NETWORK GROUP IS A TIME FOR CELEBRATION, REFLECTION AND POSITIVITY – AND OF COURSE A FEW BEVERAGES! PRIOR TO THE WONDERFUL BREAK WE ENJOYED OUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND CHRISTMAS PARTY WITH A FESTIVE THEME OF RED, GOLD & BLACK.

On our last working day of the year, we downed tools and headed to Malmaison in Birmingham for our annual conference. Our MD Matt led the celebrations giving an annual overview of both team and individual achievements, and outlined our exciting 3 year vision which sees us expand with more diverse opportunities in ENG. 2018 has seen continuous improvement and some phenomenal achievements so it was only right to launch the day with our annual awards!

We do things a little differently here at ENG and assign each award nominee with a campaign manager who presents a case on the day of why they are the deserving winner. This year was no different and the bar was raised high with some of the funniest campaigns to date including music and news themed videos.
The awards were later voted for by staff and winners were announced as follows ;

Most Valued PerformerJenna Stocks, Network HR; Senior Managing Consultant leading a delivery function to a record breaking level whilst managing both contingent and retained campaigns for HR professionals.
Newcomer of the YearRyan Evans, FMC Network; a record breaking first year following our Executive Academy specialising in engineering roles within the FM industry.
Most Improved ConsultantMatthew Greenberg, Network HR ; Partner scooping both Most Improved and Outstanding Employee of the Year Matt, smashed both his personal best and ENG’s highest ever billing record for a 360 consultant.
Outstanding Employee of the YearMatthew Greenberg.

The day was full of celebration and it was wonderful to observe the recognition that had taken place for billing records being smashed, industry events we have delivered successfully, biggest ever billing years being hit in our 19 year history and overall awarding Network HR as our top performing team for 2018 – to complete their 4 year reign!

A special announcement was also made which saw Adam Oliver promoted to Associate Director following 5 years of tremendous achievement, carving his career path within business development and client partnership in the HR industry providing both retained and contingent solutions.

We ended the day by awarding our achievers club as part of our benefits package and inviting the top quarterly performers to a Michelin star meal. The celebrations continued late into the night following food and drinks at Gas Street Social and Penny Blacks, we think our guys and girls scrubbed up well for the event!
