It’s time to welcome our Q4 recruitment hires!

Christmas is fast approaching but ENG show no signs of slowing down towards the end of the year as we’ve added to our brands with two consultants in November.

Ella joins us as a Recruitment Coordinator, focused on the recruitment for recruitment market within the West Midlands geographic, partnering with ambitious trainee talent to senior recruitment professionals.

Kieran joins the business with 3 years recruitment experience as a Recruitment Consultant, after servicing different markets she is keen to get stuck into the wonderful world of HR recruitment with our Network HR brand and will be focused on mid-senior level appointments across the UK.

What drew you to recruitment in the first place?

Ella: I was initially drew to recruitment due to the fact that it will allow me to meet with lots of candidates, which I will really enjoy. I also love that the desk is very fast paced, and there is always lots to do.
Kieran: I enjoy speaking to scope of clients/candidates and job satisfaction for me is helping someone find their right role.

Describe your personality in three words.

Ella: Excitable, Fun, Relate-able.
Kieran:Optimistic, Humorous and Thoughtful

One of ENG’s strongest values is inspiration. Who inspires you the most?

Ella: My mum, she’s an incredible, funny, and strong woman who has taught me things in life that I was always carry with me.
Kieran:My siblings inspire me – their achievements personally and academically so far

What would you do if you didn’t work in recruitment?

Ella: I would be a Secret Agent, or a Dancer, obviously both very similar.
Kieran:Police Officer/Probation Officer

How do you spend your spare time?

Ella: In my spare time you will find me on the rugby pitch either training or playing in a match. I also love to socialise with my friends and do fun/quirky activities.
Kieran:Fitness, Marvel Comics, Trying to cook new recipes (Failing too often), socialising.

What are you most excited about working at Executive Network Group?

Ella: I am excited to learn lots of new skills that will allow me to grow and succeed in my new role. I am also excited to chat to lots of different candidates on a daily basis.
Kieran:Growth, knowledge and of course the culture!
