Unfortunately recruiters often have a bad reputation, and at Executive Network Sales a big part of our everyday agenda is challenging this concept. This ranking was pulled from the Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey which asked employees to rate their companies based on the below categories:

Giving something back: How much companies are thought by their staff to put back into society generally and the local community
Personal growth: To what extent staff feel they are stretched and challenged by their job
