This is the first exposure into the recruitment career path. Here you will have graduated from the annual academy and will be learning the recruitment ropes! This is a full 360 position that encompasses all of the recruitment process.
As a recruitment executive within ENG you will be a 360 consultant that is more stand alone than a trainee, however you will be well supported to expand your skill set to help you progress to consultant level.
A consultant within our business is a key turning point in the career path. You will have advanced in your market knowledge, skill set and consistency in recruitment ability. You will be competent in the full skill set of a consultant, from negotiation to client visits and sourcing key candidates..
SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
A senior recruitment consultant within ENG represents an advanced recruitment skill set alongside a wealth of knowledge in a specialist sector. At this level you will receive an advanced benefits package to reflect your consistent recruitment achievements.
This will be your first exposure to management on our career path at ENG. A 360 recruitment consultant role is still required, however the individual target is tailored dependant on team responsibility. You will also focus on leading a small team, usually of 2 direct reports at trainee level.
A principal consultant is a huge brand ambassador for ENG. This is an individual that has huge accomplishments within their sector, alongside being a key member of a SuperBrand. You will be an expert in identifying business opportunities alongside a huge immediate network.
SENIOR MANAGING CONSULTANT
This is an advanced management position. You will coordinate a team of 4 direct reports with differing capability levels, whilst continuing to be an expert in your recruitment field. You will help shape the future of ENG by expanding skill sets with your team as well as motivation, rewarding and also performance managing your team.
A partner is a very flexible role which is designed and tailored by you and the management to get the very best out of your key strengths. The responsibilities vary dependant on the individual and brand, but this is a great position within ENG to influence the future of your SuperBrand and the wider business.
At each level you control your promotion plan to progress, and with our defined path you can easily understand how to reach the next level. The common thread that ties each of these roles together, is that regardless of your level you will be a brand ambassador for ENG and live by our values.
