A leading a well regarded Total Facilities Management organisation are recruiting a leadership role and looking to attract someone with experience in cleaning in a supervisory or management position. Experience in catering would also be useful as this role is working in a healthcare setting and will involve the organisation and management of both services. This role has 2 direct reports and is based in Larbert near Falkirk with free parking and easy public transport links.
Open to either experience in a healthcare, PFI or private sector background with the right ethos when it comes to customer care and a customer first approach. Due to this being a healthcare setting, standards are naturally high and cleaning must be completed in line with Healthcare Inspectorate standards. This role is typically standard working hours Monday to Friday but as it is a 24/7 site some flexibility is required so you have oversight of how each shift is performing.
Ideal candidate experience:
• Previous experience in managing Cleaning and ideally Catering.
• BICSc certificate and ideally Basic Certificate in Food Hygiene.
• Knowledge of both HACCP and COSHH.
• Experience working in a large matrix structure.
• Previous P&L responsibility.
You will receive a basic salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum plus Corporate Benefits Package.
