Digital Product Manager
Homeworking but commutable to the HQ (SW location)
Up to £60k + bonus
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Digital Product Manager to join a progressive, forward thinking organisation based in London. This organisation is going through a huge amount of positive change, and are embarking on an ambitious 5 year investment to support the digital transformation strategy. The digital marketing team have doubled in size over the past year and have big plans to continue to grow in order to transform and enhance the digital proposition.
Working in a fast paced and demanding organisation, this person will be accountable, with support from the Director of Digital Sales, for the business results of their experiences and resulting KPIs. With a proven ability to deliver in an Agile environment, this person will be expected to manage continuous improvements and operational excellence plans as well as having a data driven mentality and experience in Digital Product definition and delivery.
The Digital Product Owner will be a proven Digital Product professional with demonstrable experience in defining, designing and delivering successful Digital products in a business to consumer environment.
The role is specifically managing the sales experiences for new and existing customers but
appreciation for in life customer journeys is a big advantage. This company isn’t looking to hire
someone for a specific scrum team but instead, hire someone for the sales team
(with an Ecommerce background and good commercial acumen) to create some fluidity in the
function. This versatility will provide a more cohesive approach to meeting sales targets and
delivering on OKR’s, particularly as the cross-over between Sales and Service is so prominent,
therefore, we are looking for exposure across Digital Delivery, Sales Targets, Conversion and
Who we are looking for:
- B2C, in-life subscription based sales background working in an agile environment
- Proven experience of driving product initiatives to meet sales targets through conversion rate optimization
- Good experience in managing your own scrum team
- Comprehensive experience & understanding of digital analytics applied in an in-life sales environment
- Good channel-shift experience
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Experience across Digital Delivery, Customer Experience, User Experience
