Interim HR Advisor – 12 months

A leading and highly reputable manufacturing business is seeking a HR Advisor to join for a period of 12 months to cover maternity.
Working as part of an established HR function you will act as the dedicated HR contact to a diverse internal customer base of c500 employees, and with support from the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide a truly generalist service covering all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
Due to the nature of the business you will be involved in a range of project work, both leading on initiatives or working as part of a team to deliver these.
To be considered for this role you will be a confident HR practitioner comfortable and experienced with working in a fast paced blue collar environment.
To be considered for this role you will:
Be able to evidence having successfully managed ER cases in a face to face capacity;
Ideally – but not essential – have worked in a Unionised environment;
Be commercially aware, able to build rapport with staff.
