Network HR are working exclusively with a large service provider based in Birmingham who are looking to appoint an experienced L&D Advisor on a permanent basis. The L&D Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of training and staff development on a variety of subject matters and for staff in different roles across the business. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable in delivering both soft skills training, in virtual and face to face, in both group and one to one settings.
The successful post holder will be extremely organised as you will be responsible for coordinating training, ensuring that materials and resources are prepared in advance and managing your time effectively. You will work closely with the Learning & Development Specialists to execute the L&D Strategies throughout the company, which reflect business priorities and ensures all teams have the capability to deliver consistently excellent services to their clients and stakeholders. The L&D Advisor will support in the delivery of existing materials and sessions to ensure all staff have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed. Responsibilities will include:
o Appropriate induction for all new non-manager starters
o Core training modules for all roles
o Agreed ongoing quarterly development interventions for all roles as agreed
o Staff training for scheduled roll outs
o Staff training for roll out of national initiatives
o Ad-hoc interventions in line with identified needs and priorities
o Organisation and facilitation of best practice forums for non-manager roles as agreed
