Job Title: Hire Desk Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE, Company Pension Scheme, 23 Days Holiday (increasing with every year of service) plus Bank Holidays

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful, expanding hire company. This is a business that are showing positive signs of growth and therefore are looking to add to their existing hire desk team based out of their depot in Birmingham. This is a role that would ideally suit someone who is looking to work within a fast-paced environment, within an organisation that is looking to invest. There will be an abundance of training and long-term career prospects available.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Manage all inbound calls from customers
• Follow up on any inbound bookings
• Manage all administration work
• Input all data into company CRM systems

Requirements of Role:

• A previous background working within a hire desk environment would be a significant advantage
• Experience working within the hire/rental market is essential
• Administrative experience
• Must be extremely computer literate and competent in using IT systems
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Positive can-do attitude and helpful telephone manner
