Interim HR Project Manager (12 months)

Having bucked the trend of a number of SMEs over the last 2 years, my client has prospered in the face of challenging times through proactive and commercially savvy management, a desire to succeed and an unrelenting passion instilled in every member of staff.
This SME - with a growing reputation - is seeking an Interim HR Project Manager will play a critical role in the service delivery of the HR function. Reporting to the CFO you work intrinsically with the HR team in order to manage and deliver a range of HR projects that will positively shape the current and future state of the organisation.
You will be involved in projects that will focus on:
• Change Management
• Recruitment, branding, pushing the talent management agenda and ensuring the business is recognised as an Employer of Choice
• The deployment of a new HR, Payroll and Time Management system
• Collective consultations
