Head of HR
Following significant investment, my client, a growing manufacturing business with ambitions plans, is seeking a Head of HR to provide a holistic generalist service to a diverse internal customer base.
Based from offices in Telford, reporting to the CEO and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will take ownership of the HR function managing both operational and strategic support, including, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, succession planning and pay and rewards.
To be considered for this role you will be:
• An experienced HR professional either operating at this level, or looking for a step up to this level;
• Experienced in working within a fast paced manufacturing environment (other industries to be considered will be construction, logistics, distribution);
• A true Generalist;
• Able to start at short notice (ideally no longer than 1 months’ notice to serve to your current employer).
