Interim HR Advisor (12 months)
A well-renowned Educational institute with an excellent reputation – both nationally and internationally - is seeking an interim HR Advisor for a period of 12 months. Joining an established HR function that currently support 700+ employees you will report to the HR Director.
The role will very much be two-fold; the primary focus will be on managing recruitment for the organisation including actively resourcing for CV, organising and supporting on interviews, on boarding, issuing contracts, undertaking DBS and reference checks etc.
The secondary focus will be to provide a generalist HR service to the organisation, supporting other members of the HR Team when required in order to deal with all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
This will be for an initial period of 12 months.
To be considered for this role you will be:
• Able to commit to the term of the engagement;
• Happy to focus initially on (and enjoy!) recruitment;
• Experienced in providing a generalist HR service to a diverse internal customer base.
