A leading manufacturing/engineering business is seeking 2 x HR Administrators to join an existing HR function at an incredibly exciting time,
Having recently gone through a period of business-wide change, the decision has been made to bring in additional HR resource to better support the HR function, allowing the HR Advisors to provide a higher level of service to internal stakeholders.
As HR Administrator you will provide an administrative service, supporting on recruitment activity, providing advice on policy and procedures to employees, supporting on absence management activities, and maintaining a Time & Attendance system to ensure it is accurate.
To be considered for this role you will be:
• Level 3 CIPD qualified
• Experienced in using a Time & Attendance system
• Experienced in managing recruitment trackers
• Confident in dealing with a varied workload as well as engaging with staff operating at all levels within the business.
