An established Facilities Management company with strong growth plans and successful track record of delivering Soft Services to a range of clients and industries are looking to attract someone with Managing Agent experience to take over and build on already successful relationships to maximise opportunities. Naturally you will be strong networker, able to build relationships, gather recommendations and build trust.
This is a UK wide role so location is flexible as long as you are on a good commutable network and comfortable with regular London travel. Predominant service offering is commercial cleaning services and you will be supporting on developing opportunities and bids to secure business with existing accounts as well as developing new business opportunities. You will have support of the wider business development team to include, bid, marketing and lead generation.
Ideal candidate experience:
• Experience within Soft Service Facilities Management.
• Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets.
• Natural networker and able to maximise relationships.
• Experience selling to Managing Agents.
• Experience as a Business Development Manager or Business Development Director.
Package up to £80,000 plus Car or Allowance, Uncapped commission with OTE £120,000+
