HR Business Partner

A leading manufacturing business is seeking a proactive, experienced HR Business Partner to join at this important time.
Reporting in to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will provide comprehensive HR support & guidance to the business and its 400 employees. Working closely with the Management Team, the HR Business Partner will be key in developing and implementing a HR agenda that closely supports the overall goals and aims of the organisation.
Due to the industry – manufacturing/engineering – this role must be site based, and as such you must be prepared to be on site 5 days a week.
To be considered for this role you will be:
• Experienced within the manufacturing/engineering sector;
• A true HR Business Partner, able to engage with a varied internal stakeholder base;
• CIPD Level 5 qualified;
• Proactive, credible, and happy to work within a growing business with exciting plans for the next 3 – 5 years.
