Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Salary bracket: $110-130,000 per annum
 
Network HR are working exclusively with a leading global Asset Management firm to support with the hire of a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join their international team based in New York.
 
This role would best suit an experienced and determined Benefits Specialist. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, this role will see you lead on all daily Payroll and Benefit operations with responsibility for, but not limited to;
  • Overseeing and managing payroll operations
  • Monitor the disbursement of payroll internally
  • Ensure all information is correct and in line with legal requirements and business best practice
  • Act as main point of contact for benefit queries
 
The successful candidate will hold the below experience and knowledge;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in a Benefits focussed role
  • Payroll experience is advantageous but a Benefits professional looking to gain exposure to Payroll will also be considered.
  • Previous experience working within a financial services firm
  • Ability to prioritise, problem solve and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond.
