Network HR have partnered exclusively with a boutique financial services firm for the hire of a Data analytics and MI specialist on a permanent basis. The successful post holder will work with a high performing and close-knit team and will report into the Head of Reward/Operations. This is a fast-paced role, you will need to understand what it takes to work in a dynamic and sometimes demanding industry. There will be a significant amount of engagement with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives, so a high level of professionalism is essential for this appointment. The Data Analytics and MI Specialist will also be the expert on the new HR information system (Workday), understanding the workings and reporting optionality. You will have exposure in a number of areas across HR and Reward which will include analysis of trends/reports and compensation data. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating within Hr and will naturally be aligned to data and reporting. Responsibilities will include:
MI Reporting
· Full responsibility for managing the Company’s headcount for all permanent and contractor populations. This includes weekly and monthly report updates to Finance, IT, HKEX in addition to monthly CEO reporting and ad-hoc reporting
· Work closely with Resourcing team to manage reporting from the HR Vacancy Budget tracker in order to produce headcount reports to support hiring approval requests.
· Responsible for monthly and quarterly HR risk indicators – monitoring key people trends such as turnover, absence levels, time to fill roles. The individual is responsible for reporting, analysing the results and presenting the findings in monthly dashboards which are shared with the Head of HR, Executive Committee and Board.
· Own the JML process and weekly reporting. Represent HR in process improvement meetings
· Report and analyse people survey data (bi-annual) developing people survey dashboard with meaningful metrics
· Increase HR MI analysis, develop new reporting and metric output
· Own D&I/Talent data monitoring and development of key diversity metrics
Reward MI and Analysis
· Own the annual McLagan’s benchmarking exercise, working closely with the HR Business Partners and producing meaningful analysis of the data.
· Assist Head of Reward and HR Operations with development of a market aligned compensation structure. This will include regular gap to market cost analysis
· Assist Head of Reward and HR Operations with periodical review of compensation structure and other reward related projects.
The successful candidate will have a proven career history within financial services and will be able to evidence a solid knowledge of Data, HR systems and reporting. You will have excellent stakeholder management and will be confident in facing off to the business as the subject matter expert.
