HR Business Partner
Central London/Hybrid working
£60-70,000 + bonus
Network HR have partnered exclusively with a fantastic, sustainable Investment firm in London for the hire of a newly created HR Business Partner position.
This private organisation are dedicated to funding the regeneration of third world countries through investing and coordinating significant redevelopment projects. Their global business has significantly boosted economic growth for some of the most poverty stricken countries in the world and ESG underpins their organisational mission. The successful HR Business Partner will report into the HR Director and will cover the full generalist spectrum of HR work (globally) including a diverse range of project work aligned to performance management and professional development. By virtue of the business being boutique in size, the role will have a hands on element, but also benefit from no-limits access to the C-Suite.
Projects will include:
• Revamping the induction programmes
• Creating a reliable PSL
• Optimising and improving recruitment processes (operations)
• Improving the performance of the HRIS
• Revamping the performance management process
• Improving the onboarding process
• Updating reward / remuneration frameworks
• Increasing the standard of excellence in all HR practices, globally.
• Diversity and Inclusion
• Talent/L&D strategy and delivery
• Upskilling Managers/Team leaders
This role will require an experienced HR professional with strong core operational HR competencies across the generalist spectrum. In addition to project initiatives the successful candidate will need to have a creative mind which would lend itself will to strategic initiatives linked to Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Communications etc.
What you will need to be successful:
• Financial services background is highly desirable or a white collar background
• Able to evidence skills across the full, generalist HR spectrum
• A keen interest (and experience) in progressive areas of HR such as L&D, ED&I, Comms, Talent Development etc.
• Able to operate at both a transactional and strategic level depending on organisational priorities. Proactive, assertive and able to churn out work to a high standard of excellence.
• Strong moral compass with values which align to the organisational mission.
