A leading automotive manufacturing business is seeking a proactive and autonomous HR Advisor to provide a generalist service, whilst working as part of an established and experienced HR team.
The role will require you to provide a truly generalist HR service to a highly varied internal customer base, touching on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
To be considered for this role you will:
• Need to have some experience of handling low level case management with the hunger and desire to develop in order to take on more complex case management.
• Have an interest in HR Information Systems side, as my client has invested in the design of a new Human Capital System, and as such you will be expected to assist with the role out the system and get it working alongside a HR systems specialist that is already in post.
• Be excited about working within a fast paced manufacturing facility (one of the largest in the region!).
This role does not offer hybrid working, so you will need to be present on site 5 days a week.
