A forward thinking Telford-based manufacturing business is seeking an Early Years Talent Leader.
The role has come about due to the business understanding the need to focus on recruiting graduates and apprentices due to the challenges faced – by all manufacturing/engineering business – in a candidate short market.
The role of Early Years Talent Leader will provide a holistic service to Graduates and Apprentices, from the recruitment, attraction and on boarding, through to promoting and leading learning and development initiatives (both internally and externally) for a specific internal customer base.
The role will be diverse as it will also focus on the building of relationships with educational institutes, whilst also being involved in all aspects succession planning and talent management.
To be considered for this role you will need to have had experience of (and passion to) working with graduates and apprentices in either the recruitment and/or coordinating the development of apprentices and graduates.
This role does not offer hybrid working, so you will need to be present on site 5 days a week.
