As part of a major European group; this UK based Manufacuturer are looking for Sales Administrator to join their team in the West Midlands.
With this business being the bigger groups centre of excellence - this Sales Admin role is very important working along side the Sales team & being a key function in processing orders and ensuring that everything is handled from cradle to grave. 

This is a massive opportunity for the right indiviudal to come into a business and will develop your skills & knowledge of the process enough for you to potentially step into a sales role in the future. This is a crucial role for a quickly developing buiness in a vibrant sales office. 

Role: Sales Administrator 
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum + pension 
Location: Walsall (commutable from Walsall, Wednesbury, Bloxwich, Wolverhampton, Cannock, North Birmingham) 

Key responsibilities of the Sales Administrator will be:- 
  • Process orders
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact team to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
Key requirements of the Sales Administrator will be:- 
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Good organiser
  • Excellent IT skills, incl Word, Excel, Office
  • Understanding of operations and supply chain
  • Data entry accuracy
