HR Coordinator


Hybrid working – London

Up to £45,000

Network HR are supporting a well-established Financial Services firm, with the critical hire of a HR Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis, reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager.


Maintain and update all HR-related data on systems, primarily Workday, in a timely and concise manner. Paying attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring regular reconciliations of HR data on all systems are conducted periodically
First point of contact for all employee-related queries including day-to-day management of a central inbox
Administration and ownership of the employee life cycle via Workday where relevant, including but not limited to;
Contract generation and onboarding new joiners
Administering right-to-work checks and pre-screening, escalating matters as required
Managing the induction process from co-ordinating and delivering the induction sessions
Administering job changes including promotions, transfers and other data changes
Processing terminations and administering leaver process
Support the on-going development of Workday and HR procedures
Provide ad-hoc HR and recruitment data reports for the HR team and wider business
Provide support for HR projects
Assist with the coordination and promotion of various other initiatives
Coordinate the HR administration activities required under FCA Senior Managers & Certification Regime, including issuing contract amendments, coordinating the annual certification process and maintaining the FCA Register

Relevant Experience:

Ideally experienced in financial services and familiar with the regulatory demands of a financial services business (FCA)
Great transactional experience, able to work independently and add-value to the HR Business Partners (and Recruitment team) as per the duties detailed above
Workday HRIS experience would be ideal but not a prerequisite.
Ability to identify inefficiencies in processes, make improvements based on their experience and add value to optimise the service delivered by HR
Excellent attention to detail
Desire to work within a proactive HR team with a customer focused approach
Analytical skills
Excellent written and interpersonal skills;
