Network HR are working exclusively with an established Facilities Management company to support with the hire of a Divisional HR Director to join their team whilst reporting into the Managing Director. This organisation provides services to the Rail & Highways industry and delivers a range of essential services across UK & Ireland.
The role requires a highly commercial Head of HR / HR Director who can support this organisation through growth strategies including Mergers & Acquisitions as well as organic growth, so it’s to be expected that the successful candidate will get involved in the bids & tenders processes.
The role is described as the full spectrum of HR work. On top of the generalist work, the role will manage a large team of HR Professionals and will also look after the social value of local government contracts, community etc. This person will therefore also be the major interface between the communications team and the business.
We are looking for key skills and experience in a business that wins work through bids and tenders so the successful candidate must be well versed to support in technical aspects such as;
• Mobilising contracts in short times
• TUPE transfers (med-large TUPE transfers)
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Strategic Workforce planning
• Union exposure
This role would suit someone from an agile, growing, dynamic business and whilst the role offers remote working, you should expect national travel as and when required.
