Network HR have been retained by a boutique financial services firm for the appointment of a permanent Resourcing Business Partner. The Resourcing Business Partner, in an RPO model, will play a key operational role by providing a meaningful, relationship-driven service, underpinned by robust processes. Acting as a trusted advisor to the hiring community and HR stakeholders, this role is ultimately responsible for the effectiveness of all day-to-day recruitment activity and delivering a quality led candidate experience through all resourcing channels. The business are looking to grow over the next 12 months so this will involve a high volume of recruitment but with no direct sourcing. This role will be managing the account and stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:
  • Management of the entire end-to-end recruitment process; ensuring compliance with all policies, processes and SLAs
  • Working hand in hand with the Client Services Team to deliver a high quality recruitment service to client stakeholders
  • Advising Hiring Managers of resourcing and selection strategy including market intel and brand perception
  • Accountable for the accuracy of their CRM
  • Managing a number of requisitions from a talent sourcing perspective and be targeted on a volume of hires and direct fill %
  • Developing relationships with Hiring Managers and client stakeholders including HR to ensure a high level of customer service. Including advising of recruitment and selection strategy
  • Influencing Client stakeholders to consider diversity of thought in their selection decisions
What experience you will need:
  • Customer-centric approach in attitude and output
  • Experience of managing key accounts in an RPO recruiter model
  • Experience working in a financial or professional services environment (insurance would be desirable)
  • Network, influence and collaborate effectively at an operational and senior level externally
  • Proven commercial acumen
