A market-leading logistics/warehousing business is seeking a highly capable and proactive Training Coordinator to provide training support to c600 employees.
In this role you will be the key point of contact for Learning and Development queries for colleagues whilst offering support to the L&D Manager and HR representatives. You will be responsible for liaising with a range of external contractors where appropriate. As such, the ability to communicate and engage with customers (both internal and external) across all functions will be key.
You will be highly organised in supporting bookings, scheduling of courses and venues, resources and materials, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the team whilst managing your own administration of the post.
Due to the nature you may also be involved the delivery of some training (some aspects of induction training and manual handling when needed). As such you will be confident in your approach!
To be considered for this role you will either be:
• An experienced Training/L&D administrator/coordinator looking for a new challenge; or
• A HR practitioner that has touched on aspects of Training/L&D seeking new opportunities.
• If you have a training qualification, this will be highly beneficial but it is not essential.
This role will be site based 5 days per week, as such hybrid working is not on offer.
