Fixed Term Contract: 6 Months
The ideal Payroll Specialist will have:
- Experience in Payroll Systems
- Experience in Time and Attendance Systems
- A strong understanding of legislative compliance
- Proven track record liaising with internal and external customers
- Ensure the smooth operation of all payroll related activity and Manage the end to end payroll process in a timely and accurate manner
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Ensure any outstanding information is followed up and updated in the system.
- Provide support with the update and maintenance of the T&A system as required
- To coach and guide others on the use of the T&A system as required
- Actively promote by taking a proactive approach to identifying continuous improvement/ cost saving initiatives with your teams
- Supporting the Senior Management team with projects and initiatives
