A leading Facilities Management organisation – with a UK headcount in excess of 30,000 – is seeking a HR Business Partner to join at a truly exciting time.
Having recently gone through a period of growth, and with further acquisitions likely, my client is seeking a highly capable HR Business Partner to provide a comprehensives generalist service to a specific internal customer base (consisting of 2,000 employees).
The role will offer hybrid working with the expectation of being in the office/at client sites (all based within the M25) 3 days per week, with the remaining time spent working from home (although this may fluctuate depending on the needs of the business).
Working as a true HR Business Partner to Operations Directors you will provide a comprehensive generalist service, involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will act as a point of escalation for a team of HR Advisors that provide first line advice; through to overseeing complex TUPE situations, change management, and high level complex ER issues.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Be an experienced HR Business Partner;
- Have gained experience of a fast paced blue collar environment (facilities management would be advantageous);
- Be able to hit the ground running, getting to speed quickly in terms of knowing your customer base;
- Be able to influence, educate, support and challenge Managers in terms of them making decisions relating to their people issues.
