Hertfordshire- x1 day a week in office
£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus & Benefits

NetworkHR are delighted to have partnered with a highly reputable and inspiring Retail business, which, due to constant evolution is now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high performing team on a 12 month fixed term contract. It is extremely likely that this role will be made permanent due to the growth transformation this business is about to embark upon. The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist will require you to take a focus on a specific business area of direct sourcing, within the mid-senior technology/Data space across the organisation and be a part of building some exciting programmes of work. In turn, allowing for the successful candidate to make a real impact on an organisation welcoming improvement and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and external third parties. Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, testing, interview management, offer management and pre-onboarding.
  • Stakeholder management - Partnering with hiring managers and the wider people team.
  • Direct sourcing candidates from direct advertising (careers website), LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Shortlisting candidate’s CV’s and arranging and conducting telephone screening interviews.
  • Shortlisting and forwarding CVs to the appropriate managers, including additional comments showing why they are appropriate for the vacancy.
  • Managing candidates through the hiring process to ensure that they are prepared for the interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Managing offers through to contract generation.
  • General administrative/reporting as required.
What you will need:
  • A proven track record of Recruiting from inhouse/agency.
  • Technology recruitment exposure is advantageous but not essential
  • Proven ability to directly source and manage process
  • Excellent team player
  • Experience of managing recruitment process via ATS or CRM
  • Tenacious, hard-working and pro-active attitude
This role will require an office presence 1 day a week and will offer free parking with a number of competitive benefits.
