A specialist Healthcare organisation is seeking an accomplished Payroll and HR Coordinator to join what is a newly created team.
Supporting an employee base of c200 – a mix of full and part time – the Payroll and HR Coordinator will take ownership of the payroll processes for the business, ensuring compliance with key legislation and to verify payment is made timely and accurately. You will ensure that any adjustments around absence, overtime, SSP, maternity/paternity pay etc. are made before submitting details to an external payroll provider.
You will also undertake transactional HR duties including advising on absence management, ensuring the HRIS is maintained and accurate, and ensuring all employee changes are correctly reflected (contracts, T&Cs, starters, leavers etc.).
The role will be split 70/30 Payroll/HR, and as such, you will have a mix of payroll and HR experience to be considered for this role.
Hybrid working is on offer, with the expectation to be in the office for 3 days per week.
