The Executive Network Group are currently recruiting a Purchasing Administrator for a leading Pharmaceutical company to join their Procurement team filled with great opportunities.

Role: Purchasing Administrator
Salary: £30,000
Location: Leicestershire

This role would be perfect for a candidate with administrative exposure and keen to progress in Procurement.

You will be expected to assist the procurement department with the purchase of good, materials and services. To maintain the day-to-day transactional areas of purchasing, and to be the main stakeholder for daily communications with all other stakeholders, both internally and externally. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the raising of purchase orders.
  • Maintaining day to day relationships with a list of selected suppliers.
  • To ensure the on-time delivery of materials, goods, and services, in accordance with the Purchase Order requirements to meet project schedule.
  • Effective communication on purchasing and suppliers to the Purchasing Manager.
  • Weekly meetings and reports
