Project Sales BDM (BEMS) – North
 
The Executive Network Group are currently recruiting for a BEMS Business Development Manager based in the North. This is working for a national and growing leading business within the BEMS sector. This unique and progressive position is immediately open, and we are interested in speaking to any candidates with the below experience. You must have experience selling BMS products and services within the project department.
 
Main Purpose of the Role
 
To identify opportunities and solutions for existing and new customers providing Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS), control panels and installation for new projects as well as upgrade and refurbishment of existing systems.
 
Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager
  • Spending time with existing / new customers and building relationships
  • Working with consultants and manufacturers using technical know-how to assist decision making and equipment selection
  • Generating technical solutions associated to Client needs
  • Creating cost plans according to design requirements
  • Negotiating best prices from suppliers
  • Liaising with delivery teams to ensure technical design and requirements are being attained
  • Previous sales experience is not necessary the team will fully support you on your journey into the role however previous BEMS engineering experience would be an advantage.
