An established manufacturing business with an enviable reputation is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join at this exciting time.
With the business having gone through a period of positive change, the need for a Senior HR Advisor has been highlighted as an important appointment to provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base, whilst ensuring the business achieves it goals.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will act as the first point of contact for staff – both blue and white collar – in order to deal with any and all HR issues. As such you will be involved in all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
This is a single site role with no travel. And due to the industry of the business there is no flexibility to work from home. Being present on site is required in order to establish, maintain and develop relationships with employees on site. Please note that this is a non-unionised environment.
To be considered for this role you will:
• Be an established HR Generalist;
• Have gained extensive experience within a blue collar environment;
• Be comfortable supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of the HR lifecycle;
• Look to proactively add value to the HR function.
