Data/Systems Analyst
6-month FTC
Hertfordshire/ Flexible working
£50,000-£55,000 + Benefits
Network HR have partnered with an excellent, private equity backed, Retail business for the hire of a Data/Systems on a 6 months fixed term contract. The successful Data/Systems Analyst will work in a lean, close knit team and will provide comprehensive operational support. The business are currently underway with a large change and transformation project which includes reviewing and redesigning their recruitment offering both internally and externally. Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
Review current Data for recruitment policies and procedures.
Pinpoint areas of process weakness and share recommendations to the Head of Talent
Navigate the ATS to ensure data is accurate and efficient.
Build relationships with the divisional teams to encourage better/smarter ways of working and support with any queries that may arise.
Ensure governance and compliance with IR35 contractor processes from the system
Run adhoc reports to support business initiatives.
Enter and update recruitment/personnel details on the ATS/HRIS ensuring complete accuracy
Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by members of the team.
