Senior HR Operations Coordinator
London/Hybrid working.
£55,000- £60,000 DOE + Bonus and benefits


 
Network HR are delighted to be working exclusively with a global leading asset manager to support with the hire of an experienced Senior HR Operations Coordinator to join their high-performing team based in London. The Senior HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the wider areas of the business across the UK and international offices. You will become the initial and continuing point of contact for HR information and enquiries. The Senior HR Operations Co-Ordinator will also be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the HR Business Partners and other team members, as well as interfacing directly with business stakeholders of all levels of seniority. This involves basic generalist responsibilities and enquiries, including but not limited to, process management, Immigrations and governance management, responding to employee and manager queries, resolving employee and manager issues, HR systems data entry, HR reporting and general administrative support.. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Immigration
  • Coordination and management of all immigration processes, work authorisation and business travel visas across Europe and Asia (partnering with external immigration counsel). Includes support in international work permits, permanent resident processes, and timelines.
  • Work with Heads of to navigate and provide insight on new hire immigration status
  • Monitoring current visa holders, ensuring any renewals etc. are submitted to external immigration counsel in a timely manner
  • International Transfers / Relocations
  • Ensure data and records are correct, up to date and meet current legal requirement's
  • Oversees life cycle processes for relocations and international assignments, in close collaboration with all relevant business departments
  • Work with the HR Business Partners and the relocation provider to coordinate the relocation support to employees, providing excellent communication at all time

HR Co-ordination - Administrative and operational HR Services

  • Effectively manage the employee life cycle with onboarding/offboarding for all hires
  • Ensure all new hires background checks are comprehensively checked and completed. Address highlighted issues, partnering with the Compliance team as and when appropriate.
  • Management of the annual background check recertification for current staff.
  • New Hire Orientation coordination and presentation
  • Be a point of contact for HR queries and requests from employees, managers, and HR colleagues across the full employee life cycle (including benefits, leave of absence, annual leave, employee care and development, onboarding, and off-boarding)
  • Management and oversight of all HR policies including but not limited to maternity, paternity, parental leave, etc. for all of the various offices.

HRIS

  • Maintain accurate data input, maintenance and updating as required to ensure all data is accurately recorded and in a timely manner e.g. employee moves, manager changes and promotions
  • Creation of various ad-hoc reports.
  • Management and maintenance of personnel files.
  • Accurately updating employee data on various HR trackers
 

The successful candidate will have a proven career in Financial Services or a regulated environment and will have experience of managing a heavy and demanding workload.   • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience of handling Immigration, governance and compliance requests
  • 4-7 years in a HR operations (generalist) capacity.
  • CIPD qualification would be desirable.
  • Workday knowledge will be mandatory.
