HR Manager

A leading Northampton-based business is seeking a HR Manager - on a permanent basis - to provide a clear and comprehensive service to a diverse internal customer base.
Leading a team of 2, and supporting a mixture of staff across the business, you will be responsible for ensuring complex operational issues are dealt with and managed, whilst ensuring the HR strategy for the UK business is delivered in a robust manner, aligning with both People and Commercial aspirations of the organisation.
Based from a site in Northampton full-time (flexible working will be on offer at some point in the future, but at the moment the HR function is central to everything going on, and as such, having an on site presence is key), you will be able to engage with and influence employees at all levels.
To be considered for this role you will be:
A capable and driven HR Manager, experienced within a fast paced environment (blue collar would be ideal);
Happy to be involved in all aspects of the HR lifecycle;
Experienced in managing and leading a team.
