A well respected, globally established blue-collar business is urgently seeking a HR Generalist/Senior HR Advisor to join in a full-time permanent capacity.
The role will report to a HR Manager and will act as the main point of contact for c200 UK-based employees (with a mix of office based and field based employees); you will provide a comprehensive generalist service across the employee lifecycle, ensuring the HR Manager is able to focus on the more complex/strategic issues at hand.
Based from a site in Northampton full-time (flexible working will be on offer at some point in the future, but at the moment the HR function is central to everything going on, and as such, having an on site presence is key), you will be able to engage with and support employees at all levels.

- A capable HR Generalist, experienced within a fast paced environment (manufacturing, engineering, distribution, logistics, retail etc would be good);
- Happy to be involved and experienced in all aspects of the HR lifecycle;
- Happy to be based on site 5 days a week (with a view to this changing at some point down the line);
- Comfortable to deal with operational and transactional issues across the HR agenda.
