HR Policy & Projects Manager
£80,000 + Bonus
London/Hybrid working

Network HR are leading an exciting search for a HR Policy & Projects Manager to join a small to medium sized, multi-faceted financial services client undergoing significant transformation. The HR Policy and Projects Manager will hold a broad and all-encompassing role in the HR team, covering both the management of the day-to-day HR Operations, alongside the ongoing development of policies, process, and business critical projects. The HR Policy & Projects Manager will bring a generalist skillset with a keen eye for detail, deep legislative knowledge, a structured approach to HR project / programme management and broad experience in driving HR change and transformation. Responsibilities will include:
 
  • HR Operations and process improvement (Employee life cycle)
  • HR Policy development including (but not limited to) reward and ER.
  • Regulatory and corporate governance obligations
  • HRIS management and optimisation
  • Cyclical HR activity management and improvement – performance management, salary review, bonus rounds promotion rounds etc.
  • General HR guidance and advice
  • Project management and project delivery on a spectrum of HR initiatives.
  • M&A / TUPE knowledge
  • Organisational Development experience
 
 
The generalist HR skillset will enable the HR Policy and Projects Manager to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of the HR strategy. The lean towards HR projects and more technical aspects of HR will position them to act as the custodian of HR projects across the business and maintain all policies and procedures within the business. What else will you need:
 
  • A background in financial services/Insurance will be mandatory for this appointment
  • A HR generalist background covering Operations, HRIS, Policy and Projects
  • Experience of working in a small to medium-sized organisation that operates globally.
  • Experience of working in a change and transformation environment
  • Excellent knowledge of legislation & governance.
