A leading manufacturing/engineering business – with an unrivalled reputation – is seeking a highly capable, operational focused, proactive Recruiter to join for an initial period of 12 months.
Joining at an incredibly busy time (recruitment has “gone through the roof” to the point where the existing HR team are unable to effectively manage the recruitment needs of the business) the Recruiter will be required to manage all things recruitment! You will be involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle from speaking with Hiring Managers to discuss requirements through to offer and on-boarding.
You will have the necessary tools to deliver a high quality of service to the business, juggling multiple needs at any time and managing various stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you will be:
- Within commuting distance of Kidderminster (there is an expectation to be on site 3 days a week)
- A highly capable recruiter, having gained experience within a fast paced manufacturing/engineering business;
- Experienced in managing multiple recruitment campaigns at once, focusing on Engineering, Manufacturing and central functions;
- Able to proactively add value to the business, suggesting modern and effective ways of recruiting that the business may need educating on;
- Able to commit to the length of contract.
