Network HR have partnered exclusively with a prestigious Investment Bank for the hire of an Analyst, Early Careers recruiting within their UK and EMEA region. The successful candidate will work with a close-knit team and report into the Senior associate and HR Business Partner responsible for the recruitment and training of Early Careers. As the Analyst for Early Careers, you will support the recruitment and onboarding of Graduates, Interns & Spring Week participants for the firms Early Years programmes. As the Analyst for Early Careers, you will support the recruitment and onboarding of Graduates, Interns & Spring Week participants for the firms Early Years programmes. - Help to operationalize the on-going development of the company’s early years recruiting strategy.
- Continuous improvement of recruiting practices, processes, tools etc, based on feedback from the business and candidates.
- Review candidate applications and conduct interviews
- Support on the application and hiring process for spring week, intern, and graduate hires.
- Manage ad hoc university liaison with key universities supported by the Early Careers Senior Associate, build relationships with careers services and other influential academics.
- Act as the first point of contact for all areas of early years recruitment
- Work closely with their external early year’s recruitment partner during the recruitment season. Supporting on role briefing and interview coordination
- Support on the planning & marketing of on-campus fairs, dinners, and in-house events
- Monitoring of applications & processes, making informed adjustments where required.
- Assisting with Graduate / Intern & Spring Week reporting (Bi-Annual)
- On-boarding & follow up with all early year’s hires
- First point of contact for ER support for junior hires where appropriate
- Support on the creation of contracts and offer paperwork for Graduates / Interns & Spring Weeks
- Interviewing and Assessment of junior hires at assessment days and ad-hoc when required
What will you need to apply:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a junior graduate recruitment role in a corporate environment, ideally financial services.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- CIPD qualification or willingness to study
- A tenacious attitude to learn.
