Role: Shift Engineer (multiple positions available)
Salary: Up to £47,000
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off  - Continental Shift Pattern
Location: West Yorkshire
 
 
I am currently recruiting for multiple Shift Engineers for a large added value meat business with a turnover of £450m who are based in West Yorkshire. This is not a stand-alone business; they are part of a much wider group.

What they are looking for in their Shift Engineers:

• You will have come from a background that has worked within Food Manufacturing (this is preferred but FMCG could considered)
• You will have a positive outlook, and a high energy which people thrive off
• You will be multi-skilled, preferrable mechanically biased
• You must have experience with PPM

 
The site is in profit and has lots of investment in the site too. They are going through a big culture change which is why team fit is hugely important too, and they want people to join who are forward thinking, engaging and genuinely show an interest in the company and role!
