HR Manager
£40,000 - £50,000

A leading organization within the distribution and supply chain sector is seeking a HR Manager.

Based from Head Office – with the option to work flexibly – the HR Manager will work as part of the Senior Management Team in order to provide a comprehensive generalist service to a business with 60 employees.

Operating in a standalone capacity the HR Manager will be involved in the entire HR lifecycle – from on-boarding through to off-boarding and everything in between!

You will be responsible for delivering a high-level HR service to a diverse internal customer base, delivering practical solutions in a commercial manner.

With my client operating throughout Europe, you will work closely with European counterparts to ensure there is consistency from a HR perspective.

To be considered for this role you will be:

• Happy and confident working in a standalone capacity, with the knowledge that you will be involved in all aspects of HR including administrative/transactional (when required);
• Level 5 CIPD qualified;
• Proactive;
• Confident in working with the SMT in terms of delivering the HR agenda;
• Keen to improve what is already in place rather than look to reshape and redesign.
