International Payroll Lead
London
Hybrid working available (c. 3 days in office)
Up to £85,000 + discretionary bonus

NetworkHR are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded Fintech firm with the hire of an International Payroll Lead. Reporting into the Global Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing payroll across EMEA, working closely with the wider business and payroll provider to lead the international payroll transformation initiatives and administrative payroll operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
If successful, you will be responsible for;
• Strategic support for international payroll operations
• Act as first point of contact for Payroll queries across EMEA
• Man-manage a team of 2 Payroll Specialists and deliver training and mentorship when required
• Lead on a transformation project through to implementation phase
• Build and maintain strong relationships internally with the wider business (Finance, HR and other key functions)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Data and systems savvy- experience ADP or Cloudpay would be advantageous
• Prior experience within a Financial Services or Technology sector
• Highly resilient and ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of managing complex, international payrolls
• An ability to demonstrate an understanding of multi-jurisdiction payroll and tax withholding compliance obligations and multi-jurisdiction transformation experience
