Field Service Executive - North West 
£30,000 - £32,000 + Company Car 
Northwest - field based role 

The Executive Network Group is currently recruiting for a Field Service Executive responsible for maintaining and growing a network of cooperative drop points within the Northwest to maximise the recovery rate and minimise the loss rate of pallets. This is a permanent position and the right candidate will need to hold a valid driving license.

The Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out audits at their geographical drop points
- Able to navigate and manage a CRM system
- Liaise closely with the collection and operations team
- Build, maintain strong relationships with drop points in order to influence asset collection and recovery solely based on good will
- Investigate the reasons why under-performing drop points are losing pallets and try to find the best solution to resolve the issue

The Suitable Candidate:
- Able to manage difficult situations
- Able to build and maintain relationships
- Show initiative and continuous improvement
- Drivers License required
