A well-established Food Manufacturing business is seeking a highly capable HR Manager to take ownership of all HR related activity within this SME.
Employing c70 staff, the HR Manager is required to provide a comprehensive generalist service to the business whilst meeting the needs and expectations of the Board of Directors.
Reporting in to the Managing Director, and with responsibility of a HR Assistant, you will oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
To be considered for this role you will be:
- Happy in the knowledge that this is a role where you will required to be on site 5 days per week;
- Eager to identify and drive through improvements, understanding that on occasion approval may not be given immediately;
- Happy to roll you sleeves up;
- Happy to manage payroll for both weekly and monthly paid staff.
