Interim Head of Human Resources- 12month FTC
Central London/Hybrid working
c.£100,000 + Bonus
Network Hr are leading a retained search for a Global Impact Investment and Advisory Firm looking for an International Head of Human Resources for a maternity cover on a fixed term contract (up to 12 months). This role is being recruited at a crucial time for our client, who are in the midst of an international transformation, with lots of work on target operating model design, as well as an appetite to elevate the standards of HR with regards to professional development across the business. It will also cast an eye over Learning, Development and Talent structures. You will report into the CEO and have responsibility for a small employee population across London, Europe, and Africa – whilst supporting 2 x smaller entities. You will also manage x3 direct reports.
The business is really fascinating in terms of services and structure - a sizeable private company with strong social purpose. This will be a great opportunity for an interim professional to keep occupied through 2024 with lots of opportunity to add some useful strings to your bow in terms of project work, geographical coverage, C-level stakeholder management and change-focused work.

- Global experience in a multi entity organisation
- Financial services experience isn’t mandatory but would be desirable
- Experience of change and transformation
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
