Join a Global Leader in Financial Services

We’re on the lookout for a talented Compensation and Benefits Manager to join a high-performing team within a leading, fast-paced financial services organisation.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll manage and enhance the remuneration framework across the UK and EMEA, providing data-driven insights and expert guidance to HR and business stakeholders. You'll lead cyclical compensation activities, support business decision-making with robust analysis, and ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Shape and continuously improve the reward strategy and framework.
  • Manage annual remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and share plans.
  • Provide expert advice on all compensation-related matters across the business.
  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking and salary survey submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with remuneration-related legislation and governance requirements.
  • Lead benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and employee communication.
  • Support payroll and HR operations with remuneration and benefits processes.
  • Deliver complex data modelling and reporting for initiatives like gender equity pay reviews and incentive programs.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a reward and benefits role gained in a financial services or regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and benefits design.
  • Previous experience of equity pay, LTIPs and share plans.
  • Skilled in data analysis and HR metrics reporting.
  • Experience managing benefit providers and leading cyclical compensation processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how reward and benefits are delivered in a global organisation, with the chance to make a tangible impact on employee experience and business success.
