A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its People & Culture Shared Services team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for delivering a compliant, efficient, and end-to-end recruitment service that supports high-volume hiring across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic needs assessment and role design through to onboarding and offer management.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, including Equality Act, Right to Work, GDPR, and internal governance processes.
- Maintain data accuracy across HR and payroll systems, ensuring seamless flow of new starter information.
- Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning, succession considerations, and build-vs-buy talent decisions.
- Develop talent pools and long-term sourcing strategies to meet future workforce needs.
- Produce accurate recruitment analytics and reports for leadership and board-level review.
- Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an in-house recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role with strong recruitment focus.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and recruitment compliance.
- Confident managing high-volume recruitment with strong ATS and HRIS experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) required
