£30000 - £34000 per annum
In line with clients growth plan they are continuing to expand the service engineering team. This is a highly rewarding position, joining a strong and dedicated operations team providing a high level of job satisfaction. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to organise themselves, as well as contributing to the operational team, whilst delivering the highest level of customer service to all clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance of automatic opening vents
Fault finding and repairs to above systems
It would be an advantage although not essential to also have knowledge with emergency lighting and /or fire detection systems
To provide reliable, quality support to our customers at all times
To have a professional telephone and face to face manor
A flexible approach to working hours.
Achieve operation KPI set
Provide assistance and training to other team members as required
Ensure you operate in line with the vision mission and values
