Senior Account Manager - Facilities Management
6 mth FTC
Hertfordshire
£90,000 - £100,000 pro rata, dependant on experience
This is a truly amazing opportunity to support this Facilities Management contract through a period of change.
This is a demanding and challenging contract that requires an unflappable TFM senior level professional.  This will be supporting and developing the contract to support with a member of staff away from the business.
This is not a traditional operational FM role, we are looking for a high-level professional and experienced individual that is used to managing challenging contracts at senior level.
Ideally you will have experience of the following;

• Experience of managing TFM contracts at senior/strategic level
• Also be well-versed at managing ground level TFM operations
• Have managed multi-million pound Facilities Management contracts
• Ideally have managing high/profile corporate FM contracts
• Change management experience
• Managing large scale operational FM teams (direct and contracted).
• Be highly professional and able to managing challenging yet rewarding contracts 
• An engineering qualification would be advantageous however not essential
• Be within 1 hour of Hertfordshire (staying locally M-F is acceptable).
