Payroll Advisor – 12month FTC
Up to £50,000

Network HR have been appointed on a retained basis by a world leading commodity broker to hire an experienced Payroll Advisor on a 12 month FTC. This is a fantastic time to be joining this company as they are on an upward growth trajectory. The successful Payroll Advisor will be exposed to multiple global pay runs, international legislations and benefits coordination. Responsibilities will include:
• Manage monthly and bi-monthly payrolls of 7 countries: UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany and Norway with the average employees of 700
• Assisting in preparation of payroll reconciliation spread sheets
• Maintain compliant and accurate country-specific payrolls, pension and income tax data
• Update and maintain any changes to payroll and Pension systems ( Cascade, Payrite, ePay, Paychex, Fidelity and Scottish Widows)
• Calculate benefits deductions, holiday pay, terminations and any leaves of absence relevant to their locations.
• Support the payroll, employee tax and pension set up
• Ensure that all PAYE and Social Security obligations are correctly paid in a timely manner
• Work with the external payroll provider (FMP, Altinn , Esteem, Payrite and Paychex) to manage the monthly and bi monthly routine, annual processes, including the filing, production & distribution of year end certificates/returns
• Partner with other areas of the firm in matters relating to post payroll activities
• Process the company benefits ( Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Scheme, Private Medical and Pension)
• Providing reports and data to Finance team

The successful Payroll Advisor will ideally have a background in Financial Services and be confident in processing a demanding payroll regime. They will be organised and have excellent communication skills.
